This policy covers Memories Pro (Memories), its support website, and messages sent to the app’s development team. Contact: progkotlin@gmail.com.
Your memories are stored on your device. The app has no account registration, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. Your memory content is not sent to the development team.
Information stored in the app
The app stores the content you enter: memory titles, dates, names, location text, notes, selected photos, categories, favorites, and reminder settings. It also stores your language preference. These records are used to display and organize your memories and schedule reminders.
Location is text you enter; the app does not request your GPS location or access your contacts. Photos are imported only when you select them using Apple’s photo picker. Copies of selected images are stored with the memory.
Notifications and widgets
Reminders are scheduled locally through iOS after you grant notification permission. A notification can display a memory’s title on your screen, including the Lock Screen, depending on your settings. You can disable reminders in the app or change notification permissions and previews in iOS Settings.
Where widget data sharing is enabled in the installed version, a local snapshot may contain memory titles, dates, categories, location text, and favorite status for display by the widget. It is not sent to our servers. Widget content may be visible to anyone who can view your screen.
Storage, backups, and deletion
The current app does not implement its own online accounts or cloud synchronization. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple and device settings. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Content remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app’s data. You can edit or delete memories in the app and remove attached photos while editing a memory. Deleting an attached copy does not delete the original from your photo library. Fully deleting the app removes its app data; offloading it preserves data. Manage backup copies separately, as restoring a backup may restore old records. We cannot retrieve or delete memories stored only on your device.
Support email
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your question and investigate the issue. Messages are processed through our email provider, Gmail, and retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please send only information needed for support.
This website
These pages are hosted by HawkHost. When you visit, the hosting service receives your IP address and technical request information, such as the requested URL, browser information, and request time. Server logs may be used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting; their retention depends on hosting settings and provider policies. See HawkHost’s Privacy Policy.
These pages add no cookies, analytics scripts, advertising, or external fonts. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
Your choices and rights
We do not sell your personal information or use memory content for advertising. Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information we hold, and object to its processing. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Send privacy requests to progkotlin@gmail.com. These requests concern information we can access, such as support messages, rather than content held only on your device.
Children and policy updates
The app does not ask for age or knowingly collect children’s personal information through an account or analytics service. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy when the app or data practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
