Need help with your memories, photos, or reminders? Contact the app’s development team.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. If you attach a screenshot, hide private names, photos, and notes first.
How do I add photos?
Open a new or existing memory and choose Add photos. Select up to five images, then save the memory. To remove an attached image, use the remove button on its preview while editing and save your changes.
How do reminders work?
When adding or editing a memory, enable Notify me, choose a time and how many days before the event to be reminded (0–30), then save. Reminders repeat annually and are scheduled on your device.
Why did I not see a reminder?
Check that the reminder is enabled for that memory and that iOS Settings allows notifications for Memories. Check Focus, notification summaries, and sound settings as well. In the app’s Settings you can review notification permission; if permission was denied, use the shortcut to iOS Settings. After changing permission, edit and save the reminder again.
Can I change the language?
Open Settings in the app and choose Device language, English, Deutsch, or Hrvatski. Device language uses English when the device language is not supported.
Why is the widget empty?
Open the app to refresh its data. Widget availability and access to saved memories depend on the installed app version. If it remains empty, contact support with your app version and a description of what you see.
Where are my memories stored?
Memories are stored locally on your device. No account or internet connection is required for the app’s core features. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you need to keep your memories; fully deleting it removes its app data.
How do I delete or update a memory?
Open the memory to edit it or use its delete action. You can also remove photos while editing. Manage device backups separately if you need to remove backed-up copies.
